1941 German Army Rations Sack Clean

Original German army rations sack dated 1941. H.Vpfl. (Heeres Verpflegung) This one is fairly clean with just a little staining and dirt. These sacks were a general catch all of rations and used to transport anything you could put in them from loose cans of food, to coffee beans or grain, to loaves of bread, etc... Perfect camp item for display or carrying gear. I have even found many turned into mattress pads. I have several I used filled with shredded foam so during the day they display nicely as a pile of ration sacks and at night they become an extremely comfortable bed. It is about 115 cm long by 68 cm wide.
