Period German Lederfett (leather fat) tin. Best thing to keep leather lasting. It is in fair condition; it does show wear and rusting as well as some small dents. This could be old enough to be WWI, but it is certainly pre-1945. It measures about 10 cm in diameter and 4 cm tall.
